"For info, four Cyprus Airways aircraft landed at Cardiff Airport this afternoon for storage at St Athan maintenance unit."......

Cardiff Aviation is a maintenance and storage company based at a St.Athan unit and 'possibly' where the CA jets have been taken. Cardiff Aviation is owned and operated by Bruce Dickinson (lead singer of Iron Maiden).......... eeek:  rubschin:

"Political Correctness is a doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end."

Well, someone had to say it!

“What we are concerned with now is securing that all employees receive full benefits. Meanwhile, the state will focus its power into creating a new airline, working with the private sector, and will do anything in our power to ensure that most of the CY employees are hired by the new company,” said the president."

"As a result, the 96%-state owned carrier was forced to shut down and its dwindling market share of 10% now up for grabs by more efficient and competitive airlines.
Dogged by decades of poor management and rising payrolls, the airline was obliged to sell off its assets and stay afloat, reducing its fleet to just six aircraft and only nine routes, but still maintaining a disproportionate staff of 560."
