I'm not sure anybody really knows....  noooo:

Supposedly, the pipe that brings the water from near Apey broke...

...they fixed it but then it broke again...and again...and again...and again...and again... ::)

They now say that it will be fixed properly this evening...  evil:

There is another rumour that the village simply hasn't paid its water bill....

Meanwhile, I just stole borrowed a tonne of water from somebody else's storage tank.....  redface:

Near Apey you say...  rubschin:

Well we've already heard about the 'free' leccy and wifi, maybe water has now been added to the list...  rubschin:

They promised absolutely that it (the water) would be fixed by 10:30 last night...

They even had a brilliant plan - let the storage tanks fill up then release it to the village at midnight so that nobody rushed out and watered their gardens, etc.

How did that work out...?

No bleeding water again this morning....  noooo:

Past your bedtime... noooo:

The 'solution' (see what I did there?  razz: ) to the problem yesterday was to randomly give out 'free' bottles of drinking water... ::)

Given that you can buy 6 x 1½l bottles for €1.99 in the shop down the road one wonders why they have delivered it to houses that have two cars on the drive...?  noooo:

...and not delivered it to most of the rest of the village...?
