I was up aaaalllllll night. Sitting in bed watching telly, then the light started to come through the curtain. 4am, 5am, 6am, 7am, 8am, etc.  Just managed a nap on the sofa now thank god. Ii hate it cos the more you think "go to sleep go to sleep go to sleep...." the worse it gets.  noooo:

Awake every hour and a half last night with this pain in my jaw.   surrender:

I was never a good sleeper but give me a hotel room to myself nowhere near home and I can be asleep by 8 pm and sleep till dawn.   cloud9:

eeek:  By a strange coincidence one of the Dinner Tonight guests last night is a retired Werld Service news editor. We were talking about it being far from what it used to be. He could only agree in dismay ... it's gone all yoof, local, efnic and the broadcasters are sometimes unintelligible  cry:

Used to listen to World Service all night too till they messed with it.  Then Digi Radio for dramas and stories.. till they messed with it.

.... now I just open the door into here and see whose about.   Party001:
