As for the red card I'm not sure, can see why it was given in a European game.

Modric goal was indeed a cracker but he was given the space too easily

Over 3 hours later and I've mostly calmed down enough to get some kip

Stupid stupid panic reaction to a debateable sending off.  The team should be made to watch last years Barcelona v Chelsea over and over again.  FFS United won the World Club Championship final a few years ago with only 10 men.

Having watched all the angles in slow mo and real time,and listened to the analysis after the match, I have now changed me mind on that one. Ref had to do it instantly
