A mystery

My nephew (married, three kids and two grandkids) wants to buy my London flat.

He is rich (oil business) and travels a lot.

I was puzzled about his reasons for the purchase.

It emerges he wants to buy it for a "friend"

Her name is Julianne and she is 26.  rubschin:
