After doing some intermong research, I discovered that many use a station at Berkswell, just 6 miles from the NEC, free car park, and the train stops right outside the NEC too.
Staion was deserted so no ticket.
Sign on platform said purchase one off the snr. ticket collector on the train.
Must have been his day off, so free ride!
Show is getting a tad boring now tbh.
Same ole stuff, relabeled and givin' a lick of paint basically.
Exhibition was poor compared to previous years, especially as there was no Classic Car Show either.
Spoke to a rep. of that show, and he told me it was all the Beebs fault, as they wanted to attract more punters with families this year, hence it being held during half term.
It werked unfortuanately for us with no sproglets, as the place was piggin' HEAVIN' with them, running amok, screaming, being a pain in the arse, and generally overly excited.
