Need a video of the driver to see if they were drunk as this was an accident that had happened before and there's a barrier ahead of the bridge with vertical hanging poles to warn drivers.

Driver arrested, patient now appears out of danger.

We need all double deckers fitted with GPS enabled warning systems (similar to the ground proximity warnings on aircraft)
