Pissing Your Taxes Away

I see they are going to piss yet more money they don't have away on the railways.

While I heard on the wireless that the taxpayer will have to cough up for upgrading the electrical grid thingy...  ::)

I thought the point of privatisation was that those things were covered from profits generated... not that the taxpayer funds the infrastructure so that the private companies can pay out yet more to their shareholders...?

I've got the taste for a Penguin now (don't even go there Barman), not had one for years. I'll guarantee that they're shorter and thinner than last time I had one
