 Thumbs:
But it's a Merc.  So it's your next project

 rubschin:
Mrs K was looking at a Merc, now looking at a Beemer.  I'd ask how would I live with the shame but it's better than the Merc
Banghead

A phone call floods in.  They can get the car late this summer but it won't have all the goodies because the world ran out of clever chips for cars.  link

Not that surprised but bit of a pisser

Anyway now looking at other brands but I bet she sticks with the Beemer and the 2020 project that became a 2021 project will now be a 2022 project.  Ho hum, her Rav 4 ain't that bad a car apart from that idiot boot

"idiot boot".... rubschin:

It's absolute shite. About 6 inches from the front of the boot it slopes upwards to accommodate stuff associated with the hybrid function, worse there's about a 1/2 inch step so if you try to load up with a suitcase it jams on that ridge and won't go in  Banghead

Anyway an exhaustive check of other brands has convinced Mrs K it's best to wait for the Beemer rather than change to the available, faster and bigger Merc  rubschin:.   Me, I'd stick with the Rav 4 and run it into the ground over 10 years or more.
Well, whatever, nevermind

You could always try something like this, given how many were buried for flood defence there are probably still a fair few left to find.  rubschin:
