My first "nice" car was BMW 318i from an auction ...was about 21 ?  ...then got an XR2 as well ....could not get insured on Xr2 ..so then misus had to drive it ..I got BMW ...   then had only BMWs.... apart from 911  Targa which was weekend /good weather/classic ...(read toy )......this one just got, is one of the nicest cars to drive I have had ...

A phone call floods in.  They can get the car late this summer but it won't have all the goodies because the world ran out of clever chips for cars.  link

Anyway now looking at other brands but I bet she sticks with the Beemer and the 2020 project that became a 2021 project will now be a 2022 project.  Ho hum, her Rav 4 ain't that bad a car apart from that idiot boot
