A chap I was at school with had a slightly eccentric father who sometimes would pick him up in one similar to this.

It wasn't too bad as his dad had a collection of 'cool' and exotic old cars.

He had a Bentley a bit like this, but in battleship grey with white ropes like a naval tender and a lifebelt cover on the spare wheel.
We all loved going in it.
