So I have had a day of 'objective setting ' with my team. Part of which involves creating a personal development plan  ::)
I was checking our internet site as they have recently launched a new training program.

Who the hell comes up with this stuff ?  noooo:

One of the first courses that was being advertised was ' Horizontal Career Progression '  noooo:
