And I live in Rural North Wales where two cars are essential, my income is made up of pensions, disability benefits and wife's part time earnings. Food in Sainsbury, Asda or Tesco costs the same here as in the "Expensive City". I have THREE children to bleed me dry. MY council tax is £1869.50 pa and I have a mortgage of £68k to pay off from an annual family income of under £20k. I had no choice.
