Cost of Living Latest Moan

We moved here 11 years ago and one of the first things I did was to order 500 litres of heating oil.
Priced at 16.9pence per litre the bill came to £84.50.

Today I ordered 500 litres to top the tank up .... an eye-watering £345.98  (65.9pence a litre) shocked003


Wish my income had kept pace with that sort of inflation.   cussing:

Don't even go there apc ..... Ciggies cost £7 a pack of 20 here.  cussing:

I thought I saw a new programme on ITV the other day, the prize was a month's worth of petrol.

Turned out to just be 'Who wants to be a Millionaire'........
