Jock The Windowcleaner

Jock The Windowcleaner was cleaning the bedrom windows when 20p fell out of his pocket. He dashed down to get it, and it hit him on the head     like   whistle:

I dimly recall some tale of Miss D in Scotland in transparent clothing. I could be wrong though

Was this the Jock that they made the 50 and 20 pence pieces for? ~ So you could use a spanner to get them out of his hand!
