The all new car crashes combined thread

I confess to one that was my fault and several rear end shunts which were not my fault.

Been hit a few times but never caused a crash myself  angel1

Just remembered.
Turned a RAF Mini Van on its lid back in 1966. On the Lyneham to Chippenham road. Swerved to avoid a tractor and trailer coming out of a field. Court of enquiry said I did all I could to avoid an accident.

A week later in another RAF Mini van same tractor, same farmer two fields further on ~ overturned into the ditch again.
That Court of Enquiry unfortunately consisted of the same three officers. They "suggested" that perhaps my speed might have been excessive.  redface:
