Just about finished all the DIY jobs... bit of grouting to do tomorrer and that'll be it....  cloud9:

A couple of weeks ago I took down all of the outside lights... the paint was bubbling on them.

So, I dipped them one at a time in a big bucket of paint stripper. Then, in batches into the wishdosher to neutralise the paint stripper...

Then I painted them with a 'special metals' undercoat as they are some alloy or the other...

... then I painted them with Ronseal metal paint - they look lovely!  :thumbsup:

So today I replaced all the weather seals on the lamps and bolted them back on the walls all round the house...

I've got one left over! eeek:

How the fuckety-fuck can that be? Shrugs:
