My eldest nephew failed his last year (the first time) ~ gave him quite a reality shock  ::)

Have you tried it?  I didn't do much better on the test CD or whatever it was  redface:

I passed them both 100% (Hazard perception and Theory)

Sorry but I have been driving since 1965.
My job in sales meant I drove in excess of 80K miles a year (my company car used to be changed every 9 months as I maxed out the lease deal every time) I bloody well should be able to pass their tests.
If it is any consolation I would without doubt fail any practical driving test as I have every "bad habit" that experienced drivers suffer from.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Dunno ~ It comes included in the fee for driving lessons ~ oh and the test costs £31 if I remember rightly.

PS A quick Google reveals loads of "Free Practice" sites but they all seem to wqant you to sign up/join up/commit to paying fopr lessons etc before they let you try the tests. I should add the test changes every time you do it. They don't ask the same questions or show the same things on the screen to each person so you have to know your theory and Hazard Perception stuff. They are changing the test in September. Unlike the discs from the Driving School the actual test is harder and involves gauging the level of hazard as you approach it ........which the discs don't. It is, she tell me, very different doing the test on touch screen to doing it with the mouse.

Anyhoo...back to the touch-screen thingy.

This one is also HP (TouchSmart) and seems quite good if you use the HP software that goes with it. However, for this forum it is, TBH, shite.
