Any benefit from this? mThere again, maybe you don't get enough excercise to worry about bouncing.

I have a mini trampoline and a sports bra. It's all good. I can't jog because of dodgy knees. It's a gene thing.

Knees - is that your decision or were you advised not to?

A trampoline? eeek:
Inside your house? eeek:

'Prolly uses it to change light bulbs.

No jogging is because I have been advised as such by a medical professional. Same as not allowed to step classes or anything that might jar them.
Mini trampoline, it isn't big at all it isn't like a big trampoline. It is low impact.
-
But are you? eeek:

Walking? (as in brisk)
Did they give you any exercises at all?
-
Yes to USE the trampoline. I walk briskly for over half an hour a day anyway and the trampoline was the additional exercise option as there is precious little I can use at the gym anymore.

You are thinking of Sausagey Knees.
I never understood about 'Sports Bras'.
Do the tops come down so you can enjoy the sun on a nice day?

Blame Mr Wench. He sent it to me.

Nothing "sporty" visible there.

Not really. Why?
A friend has a similar problem compounded by large chest and small feet - just had her hip replaced - about 20 years too early.
-
Large chest?
-
Does anyone mind if I keep out of this? scared2:

Coward!
-
Not coward very wise of him.

Surely if the lady's "chest" was so enormous that she needed hip replacements they ought to have tackled the cause and given her liposuction. She could have donated the surplus to the flat-chested.
-
Coward!
Yup!
-
Large bust and feet too small for her body - cause curvature of the spine etc. In her case it was arthritis in her hip.
Replacements don't last for ever so she will have problems in 15 years or so.

Couldn't she wear flippers?

Couldn't she wear flippers?
Or a backpack?

Twould rather destroy her image I'm afraid.

Whilst on the subject, is it me or is there a lot more cleavage around these days or am I just seeing things differently as I get older?
At my sisters birthday do on Saturday night, there was loads of it. Even my niece who is built like a stick insect!
Is it real or or is it all smoke and mirror effects from bra makers?
-
The latter. Mrs NIck took The Boy to the WONDERBRA shop yesterday. She said he was very patient. I reckon she inadvertently gave him a head start towards adolescence................

If it looks unlikely then it probably is. Combination of bras, chicken fillets, padding, surgery. There is no need for anyone not to have a cleavage anymore.

Well, you should have gone with her, made it a family day out at the same time checking out the wares.

Mrs Nick wears a wonder bra? I never imagined her as needing one. rubschin:

Mrs S once had one of those "Living" Bras ~ it starved to death.
Ask Nick ~ he's met her .... flat as an ironing board

Bloody awful place! Nothing in there ever fits properly. Their sizing is tiny.

I think it's for real as well. There is definitely is more cleavage about at the moment.
I subscribe to the old saying about when hemlines are up so is the neckline and vice versa. I'm a 'leg man' myself so I'm not so happy. cry:

I'll send Mrs S ~ her complaint is that the sizing is always too large.
-
Send her into La Senze then if they have it in North Wales. Tiny sizing! Mother Wench of the tiny bosom loves it in there!
-
How are they on something more resembling a sensitive back?

Not too sure what you mean eeek:
