What do we think about how this might play out?
He’s a pariah. He’s exiled to North Norfolk. The domestic staff are rebelling. He’s in the house all day. He’s not going to get invited anywhere. He would probably be barred from the local pub if he ever showed his face there.
Extradition might happen followed by time in an American prison.
So what are his options? I wouldn’t be surprised to hear of a fatal “ accident “ before long. And that’s after he hits the bottle.

Given just how terrified Starmer looked in PMQ's the other day (hell even his hands were shaking) part of me wouldn't be surprised to hear that the investigation has been stopped because Mandleson committed suicide leaving a note taking responsibility for everything.
