Frustrated by roadworks, unattended cones and "Average Speed Cameras"?

Fed up with Elf and Safety and the Nanny State?

When entering a 20 mile stretch of "50 mph Average Speed Camera" checks do 2 mph for the first 10 miles and 98mph for the next ten  :thumbsup:
