In the midst of this I managed to toss my phone on the the slidey bit in the middle where it shot off downhill at high speed Banghead Nice lady with the suitcase left her bag with me and set off on the down escalator to retrieve it. A man from TfL arrived to find out what was going on.
WHile I was trying to explain the lady returned empty handed.
TfL man and I set off on the down escalator and I spotted my phone lodged behind a STAND ON THE RIGHT sign. We got to the bottom and set off again on the UP escalator where we bvoth saw a Chinese guy retrieve the phone and slip it into his pocket. TfL guy gave chase but no luck, "It's Chinatown out there."
He tried calling and texting the phone but no luck cussing:
By now I had missed the JLV (who was trying to call me, I now find) and I then headed to the Vodafone shop on Long Acre, had my old phone cancelled, got a new SIM for the new phone I got recently which is still in its box (in my car in Brighton) and I arrived sweaty and furious for lunch.
I am now trying to set up the new bastard phone and seem to have lost ALL my contacts and all my photos, including many of Miss I and the Boy! sad24:
And while I have been sorting all this phone stuff out Mr Stew has boiled dry and has filled the whole fucking house with smoke Banghead Banghead Banghead
