Oh look, it's beer o'clock again...  cloud9:
Perone is going down nicely here at Prezzo

 Thumbs:
Mrs K had an Amaretto Sour

£6  evil:

Did taste good though

Six quids???  Shocked:

It was proper amaretto BM, not your bottle of white spirit with an almond added for flavour..  whistle:

Oh...  redface:
point:

Most cocktails leave me cold but an Amaretto Sour is worth a try, better than a Whisky Sour imho but nothing like as interesting as a Long Island Iced Tea

If a Loungers group pub opens near you then the Old Colonial iced tea is worth a try. It's their take on the Long Island
 Seems there's one in Brighton with one opening in Lewes soon
Well, whatever, nevermind

Nah, 'tis lovely - and 4.6% ABV too...  cloud9:

We had a gin 'expert' here the other day - loved the G & T I made her but couldn't quite place the brand... She nearly fell off her chair when I told her it was Lidl! happy001

And my friend who is a Jack Daniels 'expert' and drinks it every day thought the Lidl JD was 'disgusting'... until his wife fessed up that she'd been giving him the Lidl stuff for a month without him knowing...

No Steve it's the second, look at all of BM's mishaps and gubberation. Common sense is clearly the first one to go..  whistle:
