had the official reclean of terrapin tank for spring now, reheated the water, taken temp etc. only problem is they are supposed to lose 1/3 rd of their weight during hibernation, this fvcker grew!!!! just been handling him for the first time in four months, I swear you would never win an arm wrestle with this fella. noooo: He is huuuuuuuuuge!!!! cant afford to keep upgrading tanks/cages etc. why cant they all just stay babies.

this is why i dont have kids.

Stop feeding it and then preserve it when it dies. You would hardly be able to tell the difference  rubschin:

That was lucky!!! came home to find fluffy floating on his back and though he head died.  sad24:

Seems he had tipped over and the water level was too low for him to turn back. I picked him out of the tank and he did the most humongous fart!!!!!!!!!!

All is well now though.  Thumbs:
