Good morning BM, Uncle.  1st night shift finished, home drinking Heineken as a nightcap.

My Copenhagen flight this morning had no bags on it this morning. Nil. Zero. Nada. Zilch. Never seen that before. But long may it continue   As usual, my good ol' reliable Paphos (EZY5453) made up for it  I like the Paphos flight as you very rarely get any late bags, the punters always turn up with plenty of time to spare.

My 21 year old nephew has not had a good week. As you may know, my brother is in the throes of divorcing and his ex-wife to be has moved out and bought a house 2 miles or so from the marital home. The nephew now - through choice - spends half the week or so with me bruv and half the week with his mum. So far, so good. Very difficult for him, but he thinks it's the "right thing to do".

Last Wednesday night he stayed at his mum's newly fitted-out house after "some red wine had been taken". About 3 bottles. Upon entering her house he made it as far as the living room before expelling all 3 bottles - in a 4 metre projectile vomit - on her new cream coloured carpet. He lost house-points there.

On Sunday night he also stayed the night there. No problems. In the morning he offered to make his mum breakfast in bed, but the house was deviod of eggs, bacon, bread and milk. He informed his mum of this and also that his car was at me bruv's, 2 miles away. She instructed him to take hers. He drives a 800cc Chevrolet Matiz normally.

10 minutes later, he had wrapped her pride and joy - the Porsche Boxster - around a lampost in Carshalton Beeches. His insurance only covers him 3rd party on cars not owned by him. And she hadn't insured him as a named driver on her policy...
