Now that is a sentiment I can agree with!

Well, I enjoyed it. I've liked Steve Coogan since the days of the Paul Calf routine and watching them both trying to out do each with Michael Caine impressions caused a smile.  ;)

I thought it was awesome!

It is just excellently scripted and rehearsed or they are naturally bloody funny...  cloud9:

Quote from: Steve Shark
The best impressions I’ve heard lately have been Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon during the really rather good ‘The Trip’. When they both did Michael Caine in a sort of ‘duel’, it really cracked me up.

 razz:

It was good but the nerd wasn't as natural as everybody else in the programme so far...  noooo:

Anyhoo...

In the opening sequence they are driving along in the Range Rover which has a filthy windscreen apart from the area cleaned by the wipers…

Cut to a close up scene of them talking, the Range Rover is obviously on a trailer and Coogan not driving while they chat…

But the windscreen is miraculously crystal clean…

Cut to the car driving along country lanes with a filthy windscreen.

I notice those things and they annoy me...  redface:
