So if you blow your A levels the college will pay you five grand? Am I the only person here who wonders if there are going to be students who are there just for the payout when they 'accidentally' fail them.

I'm sure the college will have a get out clause.
The cash promise will depend on pupils attending lessons and keeping up with coursework.
Miss a day or a bit of work and no money.

The Government may well be reviewing their decision not to make any cuts in the education budget
