We have (well had) a perfectly good vertical blind in our dining room.  We never used it because we rarely use that room and it was a bit of a faff.

Now we are getting a horizontal slat blind that senses light and temperature and connects to the interweb so it can be remotely controlled from anywhere in the known universe.  And apparently it's me that is the gadget freak  rubschin:

Well quite.  All sorts of 'blind leading the blind' potential methinks.

Meantime a midnight session filling in the holes where I took down previous blind.  No I am not going to paint them over, it'll do.
