Just back from picking up a parcel from the Post Office.  I pointed out that the clock on the wall (typical battery operated one) hadn't been move forward by the hour.  The bloke serving me said that they were waiting for an engineer to come to do it.  They are not allowed to do it for health and safety reasons. 

The engineer didn't turn up for his 8:30 AM appointment either I suppose?
