Interesting email from head office today, the staff satisfaction survey for this year will be launched a couple of days before we close for good and as it's now going through an independent company it will be completely anonymous.....

Our staff surveys are priceless in their spin and bullshit ratio.

80% of staff said the I.T is a disastrous and catastrophic risk to services.  So from that they will take 20% of staff have highlighted the succes and improvements of the new I.T
