Picked some blackberries en route and have just made a blackberry sauce (balsamic vinigar, sugar, pommeau) to go with some chops in the week.   cloud9:


Oh, and Eldest was just cooking some American pancakes when I got in so I was treated to a couple with Lait de Normandie.  Life is good at times.  cloud9:

One of the new bar staff is being difficult about tge vouchers.  Simple solution - I've given some to Young's drinkers,  who are going to buy me a pint in return.
