Old people do not need as much sleep as young'uns ~ it's a well known fact.
They like to get to the shops and get the hardest part of their day over before they get too tired to do anything.
I do far more in the mornings than I can manage in the afternoons and by 6pm I'm knackered.
If I don't get up and get on in the mornings the day is a write off and nothing gets done ~ and I'm 61.
I used to have a handle on life but it broke.

Right. I have been faffing about all day and have spent far too much time here.

I have a report to finish which has to be done by tomorrow. If I had been a good boy it would be done by now. As It is I shall have to stay up most of the night to do it  noooo: I shall put the election results on in the background like, but this procrastination business is not funny  evil:
