Some of the highest winds I've ever known here last night.

Wheelie bin went 'fly about' during the night, and ended it's excursion against MoMo.

Any damage........





those wheelie bins ain't cheap you know....

Scratches. T Cut MIGHT be my friend.

P'raps I should sue the council for not making wheelie bins wind proof.

To which the council will no doubt reply that they only lend residents the bins on condition that said residents keep them in a safe and secure place.

Been quite secure where it lives for the last 15 years, but last nights virtually hurricane force gusts were exceptional.

I was in the back garden at 00:15 moving everything that wasn't bolted down into the garage after hearing the racket outside.

Then they changed their piggin' minds last night to rain, and now they've changed their bloody minds yet again to just cloudy.

I'll stick me neck on the line, and I'm going to predict that we'll have weather.

Here too, not sure if I should go and investigate the strange noises now or leave it until the morning. I guess leave it until the morning and rectify the damage in daylight.

I think that the bear will not thank me for this but he has just reminded me of my father, he used to use the phrase 'blowing a hooley'.
