'Soft buttermilk soaked halloumi, dipped in chip shop batter, served with vodka-spiked preserve plum tomatoes, bright fresh pea mint hash with pickled quails egg, sea salad tartar and chubby chips, finished with lemony Yemeni relish.'

Just for Miss D I say 'vodka-spiked preserve plum tomatoes' one more time

It may be a veggie restaurant but it's the damn best one we know in England and like David Banns (the best one in Scotland) even meaties beat a path to its door  https://terreaterre.co.uk/menus/vegetarian-food/%C3%A0-la-carte-menu

sadly they know it and the prices do reflect that
Well, whatever, nevermind

Nope and it was seriously more than enough food.  Far more than it might look from that shot as it's vertically stacked.  I had to give Mrs K some of it

But vodka marinade  ....could be they way to go rubschin:
Loads of recipes online, we've tried a few.  Some say to spike the tomatoes, some say to cut a cross in the skins, best to experiment.  They served them warm which adds to it and they are scrummy
Well, whatever, nevermind
