Ok, I admit it's been one of those days when I haven't given a moment's thought to what to eat tonight and in consequence just grabbed something prepared at the local supermarket which looks very tasty, just bung it in the oven, pour a drink and wait 'til the timer pings "Oi, come and grab it, sunshine!"
