Do you always mix meat and cheese? It seems like a theme
Much as I like cheese, it doesn't like me, so I tend to go for the mild mozarella, but I only use it in the meatballs and sit 1/4 of a ball on the escalope as it cooks in the pan. Just as the meat is cooked, the mozarella has melted
The only other time I tend to have cheese is mozarella, tomato and basil salad with Waitroses Champagne French dressing drizzled over it. Now that I could eat every day of summer
