What does Motson know anyway?

Chelsea 1 Man U 0
Predictably Motson says it was a boring game.
I sat that it was exactly the sort of game one would expect when the two top teams play a cup final. They cancel one another out in all areas of the field and it takes a spark of luck or genius to win it. Better that than a penalty shoot out.

It was pretty much the same as any other Cup Final.

What annoyed me was the big deal everyone was making about Cardiff Millenium Stadium was empty and quiet.

Of COURSE it was empty.  The buggers had booked it anyway - just in case.... same as last year  evil:

Thank you for that info. I've always been of the opinion that the afternoon of the cup final is one of the best times to go shopping... and it was.

Coincidentally I was also due to go into Chelsea this evening but sent apologies when I heard they were playing. I have no doubts that it'll be mayhem over there tonight ::). Think I'll stay in with copious quantities of wine a mug of cocoa instead redface:

She intimated to me that she's taken the vacant room upstairs and might be helping out in the kitchen from time to time. I'm not sure if Barman is aware of this yet but if you see Borscht 'n' Blinis on the menu she's probably had a hand in it...  eyes:
