I dont use it myself but as far as I understand you install a torrent client and then browse the torrent sites cherry picking what you want off them.

I've been downloading music torrents for over a year now, they run into the many hundreds. On only two occasions I got an alert off my virus software (Avast) and deleted them straightaway. Touch wood and all that
