Arrived to find a boat stuck on a sandbar. They’d been there all night. Used a cunning lock keeper trick to get the afloat 😇.

Next boat was 2 newbies. Bought the boat yesterday. No boating experience, especially on a river  ::). Utter chaos. Had a long “talk “ with them.

Big metal boat after “lunch”. Completely pissed. Crashed into lock gates  ::)

Nothing I can do.

FORTUNATELY he has a winch onboard which can pull the boat free  :thumbsup:

UNFORTUNATELY he fell in the river and dropped the winch into the Trent  eeek:

FORTUNATELY he has a big magnet to fish the winch out

UNFORTUNATELY it’s heavy and he fell in again and banged his knee noooo:
