Is this the truth about (the only just avoided disaster) at Whaley Bridge?

Now it turns out the problems started a little over a year ago.  And the dam is managed by the Canal and River Trust and who just happened to start working with them at about the same time?

Alibis-R-Us is stlll available Nick.  For reasonable fees obviously
