It's not cheaper to buy healthy food. If you wander round asda picking up all the meal deals on junk it is an awful lot cheaper than cooking from scratch.Sounds like an impressive plan to me!

For the stated purpose the ?200 grant is too late (at 29 weeks the damage is done).Restore the married persons tax allowance and give tax relief for having children, as they used to, that would make a difference to great many children.Oh dear Snoopy turns out to be a Tory at heart
