Let's see. Could be he's crashed into one of the RAFs finest,

He's crashed it into the 'oggin or

It has something to do with cats . . .     

Crashed into the swimming pool.... 

...and when I pulled it out it burst into flames! 

 

So can they rebuild him it?   It could be an all new series coming up on the box:  The Six Billion Dollar QuadCopter

One of the motors and one ESC is completely FUBAR (hence the flames)...

Flight controller and receiver worked after being dried out...

Three other motors worked okay...

Three other ESCs worked intermittently.... hoping that a night on the radiator will have sorted them out...

I had a spare motor and ESC so worse case scenario, I will need three new ESCs that I can probably buy here...

Then a full re-build....

Luckily I didn't have the camera and gimbal on it!

An idea (serious) when you get it working again (and you will) is it worth getting some of that magic nano coating stuff you can get from Amazon to protect phones from water?

So currently we are in a no fly scenario situation.... 

I've ordered some replacements.... I'm tempted to re-build as a hexacopter.....
