Well, it is probably fair to say that the boy didn't produce it himself...

...so there was either a mahoosive cock-up (bribe not paid, shift changed, bag monkey 'lost' the wrong cases)...

...or they are producing so much of the stuff that they can afford to pack loads of mules off to the airport with cases of it in the expectation that some of them will get through...
