Good day today....  cloud9:

I *koff* obtained a length of rebar and made a new tie to connect the staircase to the wall...

Then bonded the tie into the wall with some super-strong polyurethane adhesive which you are not supposed to get on your hands....  noooo:

Then rubbed-down and re-varnished all the old treads...

Tomoz will weld the tie to the frame....
