Too much dosh being lost due to the PC brigade......they need it bad, but the feckers painted themselves into a corner. Lots of thought went into this latest strategy. 

Easier to take the wonga on a very large scale and pay for plenty of other guberment things on the back of it....but no. I guess they have never run a private company where you have to earn your munny to keep in business, rather than getting huuuuge amounts paid into your department and just have loads of meetings to decide how to spend it.

My dad just bought an electronic pipe. 

After 60 years on baccy he decided to give it a go.
