Bin the 'Tobacco' flavour that comes with the kit.
Tastes like a stale wet ashtray. Absolutely disgustourous.

Just my opinion of course, but you have been warned.
Had to rinse mine out to get rid of it.
Not actually sure you're supposed to do that tbh.

I've re-loaded with strawberry (very nice actually) but can still taste this natural tobacco one.
