Whoa!  Don't tell me there are 'clouds' over the little house on the prairie   confused:

I was just curling up for a quiet kip again when the raised voices interrupted.....

Now that I'm awake... Where's the lasagne?

No , there is only sun sun and more sun over here - at least upstairs in the attic where I have my office  ;) but I think the weather forecast in the basement (posh house okay  ::)) is rather cloudy and overcast  sad24:

Have managed to stick with him for the past umpty ump years and still love him truly deeply, madly  sick2:

I voted for a smack around the chops. Never does them any harm to remind them who is boss!  eveilgrin:

I've been trying to help him get his little Barman's leg over all day and you have to smack him round the chops. That's no way to get a raise young Wench.

DS Please note I said Raise not Rise.

After the "truly madly deeply" post I lost all desire of a raise and simply want a job where I don't feel the desperate urge to yop!  sick2:

Ner a truer word spoken in jest - you'll have to take it up with management  ::) We popped around this weekend to say 'hello' to the new big bap neighbours (bringing along a bag of fresh figs from our garden) but learnt that Mrs. Bappy isn't currently livng there (still in Poland we believe) but the house is being house sat at the weekend by friends of theirs from in island.

Barman remained totally grumpy all night carrying around his own personal rain cloud and evenetually took himself off to bed (alone because I wasn't going to go when he was soooooooooo grumpy) around 9.30 pm CY local time. I stayed up and watched TV with the dog and cats  cry:

I'm off out tonight on a hen night in the village, so if the deep depression remains I won't get rained on again ...
If GrumpBum (aka BarMan) is in the same mood later today I'll follow BarWenches sage advice and do some gob smacking ............... eyes:

I think they have goats over there. Try sniffing him. The whiff of goat is unmistakeable (trust me, I know these things).
