The BOCM lorry has one of those. A few years back, he caught a bin while reversing and dislodged the cover on the little box by the loudspeaker at the back.

I told him to get on unloading and I would fetch a screwdriver to put it back. Under the cover I noticed a little switch marked 'lang'.

One of the BOCM fleet now says "BEEP, BEEP, BEEP, ACHTUNG! FAHRZEUG UMKEHR"   redface:
