Normal service has been resumed  cloud9:

I thought law and justice dictated thet you are NOT guilty unless proven to actually be so, without any reasonable doubt.
Therefore in that case, THEY should be proving who is/was driving, not me snitching or admitting anything to these utter wankstain bastards. Angry9:

I don't like this cash cow any more than you do, but the legal argument is:

1. It is your car so you are likely to be the main driver and hence prime suspect.

2. Nobody other than you may drive the car without your consent.

3. If you were not the driver, and the car was not nicked, then you know who was driving.
I mostly despair

I was 'avin' me kip, so how the hell do I know who was in it? Banghead
You can't actually know or remember what's going on outside your slumbering you know.

It was on the path in the morning, so for all I know, it could have been nicked by a kindly thief wanting to take his partner in crime to the hossy emergency style after he cut his artery breaking into somewhere else, and decided to bring it back later and place the keys where he found them. Shrugs:
Who knows ey? Shrugs:

Can they actually PROVE without ANY reasonable doubt whatsoever that that didn't actually occur ey, can they?  noooo:

So, when you're asleep, you're supposed to actually know if someone takes your car out for a spin then are you?

Can someone actually explain to me EXACTLY how that works please? confused:

As stated earlier, these thieving crooks and utter scummy breath wasting pond life bastards just make the rules up to suit themselves as they happily take the wallet out of your pocket.

Just admit that your Mrs got pissed, robbed a petrol station then out ran the cops...... the fine is much cheaper and you could get her razzled up once a week and retire on her 'earnings'.

 Jail:

Yea. Whatever you say. ::)

Mrs g is taking the hit, and I have reluctantly scribbled my signature on the form to condemn her to another 3 points.

I will be taking 'action' however to get full value for money, just like last time. eveilgrin:
thease bastards have to learn that not everyone is going to take this shite lightly, turn over, have their tummies tickled, sigh, and say, ahh well, if that's the way it is, that's the way it is, and we all therefore have to be the obedient lickle lambs and do as we're told.

I don't actually DO doing as I'm told when I see total injustice and legalised thieving from the scumbags that enforce all this digraceful shite. Is that really such a bad thing i ask myself? Shrugs:

This cuntry and its residence have turned soft imo.
Time to fight back against these vile twwwwats, ruling and enfocing draconian laws in this increasingly becoming dictorial Nazi State. sick2:

Just MY opinions of course.

Correct....from a man in the pub... for cash. ::)

I think they may have heard that one a few times tbh.
Invariably these arse wipes are uninsured, no mot or tax either, not to mention no licence.

I certainly haven't got ANY issues whatsoever getting that trash off the road, albeit temporarily, as they'll be down the 'ale 'ouse' 'just buying' another heap of shite the next day with their generally speaking, ill gotten gains.
The nick then eventually beckons...eventually, but they see that as simply a pleasant holiday and college of further education in the fine art of criminality learning hazard of the job.

I take it from this that you have a very good idea as to who was driving.

Mrs G has owned up to it apparently, so she sez, yes it seems.  whistle:

Me personally
, have no idea whatsoever, as as previoulsy stated, I was havin' a kip at the time, so it would be foolish and also lying to state anything other than that.
