I thought law and justice dictated thet you are NOT guilty unless proven to actually be so, without any reasonable doubt.
Therefore in that case, THEY should be proving who is/was driving, not me snitching or admitting anything to these utter wankstain bastards.

I don't like this cash cow any more than you do, but the legal argument is:

1. It is your car so you are likely to be the main driver and hence prime suspect.

2. Nobody other than you may drive the car without your consent.

3. If you were not the driver, and the car was not nicked, then you know who was driving.
