Going sit in the dark from now on ...........wash clothes in the pool ....only shower when sunny ....or run an extension lead from next door who only come here twice a year ....they have an external socket....

To explain to the others... there is a guy who lives in my street in an apartment he owns ......but had his leccy n water cut off 2 years ago,,,,he now goes around with a shopping trolley collecting bottles to get the refunds ........looks like a tramp......

I'm on me way to collect me munny. I want it in cash......not empty Carlesburg bottles though.

Thermostat set at 18C  5am till 7am.    then 5pm till 10pm
Tumble clothes murderer is used for approx 6 weeks around Christmas/January time. 
Approx 10" of insulation in the roof.  But after 2 years we noticed wet patches on the bathroom ceiling so vents have just been put, every 18" around the soffits to air the roof.   This was done about 2 weeks ago.   I have been up there this morning and a nice breeze was flowing through the loft.
The house is not small: 2 bathrooms (full size not ensuite), 4 beds and 3 receptions + Kitchen.

   Merely the Winter Palace.  The Summer ones come with other peoples showers and running water and have dismantleable kitchens and bedrooms.  Dismantleable is not a word that you will know but it works for me. 


... and I prefer the Summer ones because they have moveable views from the windows.
